Conveniently located just two blocks from the Muni T Train Line, Zaccho Studio has free street parking, secure bike racks, easy access to loading docks, and freight elevators.

- Seating: 75 seats plus floor seating
- Electrical Specs: Our dance floor is equipped with a 15 amp, 120-volt circuit for plugging in lighting, film, and sound equipment.
- Lighting: Zaccho Studio is illuminated with abundant natural light from both South and West-facing windows, accentuated by overhead halogen lighting.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. *Please note that in the event of an internal schedule change and you are bumped from your scheduled time, Zaccho will act in good faith to work with you to reschedule rental/activity periods or issue a refund for the missed time.

- Your rental must only take place inside the Zaccho Dance Studio. The lobby, bathrooms, and the building’s hallways are not available for activities.
- Do not prop the front gate of 1777 Yosemite open for any amount of time for any reason.
- Your rental starts and end times include your load-in and load-out time. Please schedule your rental with us accordingly.
- The loading dock is for loading/unloading only—no long-term or event parking allowed.
- The Freight elevator is for loading/unloading only. It is not a service elevator.
- The studio must be returned to the exact condition it was in before your rental. Any Zaccho Dance Theater equipment moved during your shoot must be moved back. Any trash must be removed and disposed of or a cleaning fee will apply.
- No equipment can be stored at Zaccho Dance Theater for any amount of time. Zaccho Dance Theater is not responsible for your equipment at any time during your rental.
- Aerial rigging is allowed with prior approval from the Zaccho rigging team.
- We are located in an old building which has the electrical capacity of your home living room. If your lighting package/equipment requires a higher voltage than that, we most likely will be unable to accommodate your shoot.
