Zaccho Dance Theatre offers three distinct Artist in Residence (AiR) programs for the Bay Area dance and performing arts community:
Zaccho Studio AiR Program for outstanding established and emerging artists in the fields of contemporary dance, aerial dance, circus art, and theatre hosted at Zaccho Studio.
Black Futures is a fully subsidized residency program hosted at Zaccho Studio for emerging and mid-career Black performing artists in the fields of dance, aerial arts, and theater who are working at the intersection of art and social change.
Hip Hop Artist Residency & Training (HART) provides training and performance opportunities to Black performing artists with aspirations to build a career in Hip Hop and the performing arts. This program is offered in partnership with PUSH Dance Company at their Sanctuary studio in San Francisco.
